FUME EXTRACTORS

BHS 500 - 1000 - 2000 - 3500.

APPLICTION
The BHS range of multi-purpose extractors (horizontal version) has been designed for filtering fumes containing soluble or whole oil, as well as for high-performance filtering applications such as welding fumes or other fumes containing very fine particles. The geometry of this model has been specially designed to accommodate active carbon cells which enhance the filtering effect. The multi-purpose unit is also suitable for extracting pollutants directly from a pipeline circuit or for extracting swirling pollutants from ambient air.
Robustly constructed with high-quality components, the BHS units offer exceptionally long service life, while the use of standard dimension consumables ensures that these elements are easy to replace.
The wide range of available accessories means that it is possible to create custom-made systems tailored to any specific customer requirements.

OPERATION
1 Suction is generated in the unit by the motor fan group.
2 The fume-laden air strikes the globule condensation device located at the inlet to the unit.
3 The condensate is collected and evacuated.
4 The air, from which a large proportion of the suspended particles has now been removed, passes successively through a high-efficiency protective filter.
5 The unit is emptied via the evacuation channel under the unit.

BHS 100 - 150 - 200 - 250.

APPLICATION
The BHS range of vertical-type fume extractors has been designed to offer simple, low-cost solutions to a wide range of problems encountered in metallurgical industries in the collection and filtering of fumes containing soluble or whole oil (without the presence of smoke). The key design principle of the vertical-type BHS units is their ability to operate for long periods, made possible by the high-capacity oil collection tank combined with highly efficient suction and full-filtering systems. With their modern design and premium-quality components, the units offer exceptionally long service life.
The wide range of available accessories means that it is possible to create custom-made systems tailored to any specific customer requirements.

OPERATION
1 Suction is generated in the unit by the motor fan group.
2 The fume-laden air strikes the condenser located in the lower part of the unit, causing the fumes to be condensed.
3 The condensate is collected, due to gravity, in the collection tank.
4 The air, from which a large proportion of the suspended particles has now been removed, passes successively through a high-efficiency distributing filter.
5 The condenser is cleaned via a flap on the side of the unit.
6 The unit is emptied via the evacuation channel at the base of the unit.
