SMOKE EXTRACTORS

FM 1000 - 2000.

APPLICATION
The FM range of multi-purpose, self-contained extractors, available in both mobile and console versions, has been designed for all applications requiring the collection and filtering of large volumes of welding smoke, or for any other high-efficiency filtering requirements. The mobile version is suitable for applications where a fixed or centralized installation is not possible.
Robustly constructed with high-quality components, the FM extractors offer exceptionally long service life, while the use of standard dimension consumables ensures that these elements are easy to replace.
The wide range of available accessories means that it is possible to create custom-made systems tailored to any specific customer requirements.

OPERATION
1 Suction is generated in the "box - suction arm" assembly by the motor fan group, which is located in the lower part of the unit.
2 The smoke-laden air is taken in via the hood of the articulated arm. The position of the hood can be adjusted to the required direction.
3 The air then passes successively through the flow distributor,
4 the synthetic pre-filter
5 and the high-efficiency filter.
6 The filtered air is finally evacuated via the base of the unit.

EX 1000 - 2000 - 3000.

APPLICATION
Multi-purpose unit of very simple design, for collecting large volumes of smoke released during all welding and other processes.

OPERATION
The smoke-laden air is taken in via the adjustable hood on the self-supporting arm. The dust and smoke can either be.
. discharged directly, or
. evacuated outside, via a flue connection.

CUBIC 1500 .

APPLICATION
The CUBIC mobile extractor is a light and compact multi-purpose unit which has been designed for the majority of normal applications requiring the collection and filtering of welding smoke, or any other high-efficiency filtering requirements. Its mobility makes it suitable for applications where a fixed or centralized installation is not possible.
Robustly constructed with high-quality components, the CUBIC extractors offer exceptionally long service life, while the use of standard dimension consumables ensures that these elements are easy to replace.

OPERATION
1 Suction is generated in the box unit by the motor fan group.
2 The smoke-laden air is captured by the adjustable hood of the articulated arm.
3 It then passes successively through the flow distributor
4 and the high-efficiency filter.
5 The filtered air is finally evacuated via the sides of the unit.
