APPLICATION
The extraction tables are specially designed for installation at workstations where large volumes of dust and smoke are emitted.
They can be used for extracting smoke from certain welding operations or for deburring or grinding work.

CONFIGURATION
SV table
Extraction table underneath the work surface. The work surface can be equipped with a grating made from steel (standard version), wood or perforated metal plate.
The table should preferably be connected to a dust extractor, a fan or an existing extraction installation.
TF table
Table with front extraction.
Smooth, rubberised work surface as standard. A work surface of wood or metal plate (galvanized, stainless steel or painted surface) is available on request.

TFV table

ST 120 - 150.

APPLICATION
The ST range of extraction tables is specially designed for turning equipment such as machining lathes which release fine, dry dust.
The extraction tables are of very robust construction, allowing dust extraction units to be mounted on the work surface.

OPERATION
1 Suction is generated in the unit by the motor fan group.
2 The dust-laden air strikes the impact plate, then passes into the pressure-reduction chamber.
3 The largest dust particles fall, by gravity, into the collection drawer as soon as the dust-laden air enters a low-speed zone.
4 Fine dust is deposited on the filter element.
5 The filtered air is evacuated outside via the opening at the rear of the unit.
6 The filter element is removed by opening the front door and undoing the two retaining nuts.
